***If students do not have an exemption (SAT/ACT/Course/ETC.) or TSIA scores on file, they cannot register for courses.***

TSI Holds will be applied to students who: 

• Do not have exemptions AND do not have scores on file  
• Have not met college-readiness standards in one or more areas.

Students with TSI holds will need to come see TSI during check-in so that we may provide guidance for appropriate next steps (testing, exemption documentation, or required course registration). 

TSI holds will be removed for all students on Day 2 after all other holds are resolved (except students who do not have a TSI status—no scores or exemptions).

Based on your scores you will be registered in a mandatory Basic Math Skills or Reading/Writing Connection course for your incoming semester unless you show other proof of having met the TSI requirement.

Based on your scores, you will be prevented from registering for some courses which are TSI restricted, but you will be able to register for other courses within your degree plan.
