Attitude is key, and all personality types are encouraged to apply. You may be shy or outgoing; introverted or extroverted; the life of the party or the one who holds up the wall; good with people, better with animals, best with yourself. You might on occasion get tongue-tied or have never met a wall you couldn’t talk to. We’re not looking for perfection; we’re looking for motivated Aggies willing to help other Aggies.
